Claimanage does not act as an insurer, insurance broker, loss assessor, claims handler, or legal representative. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or insurance advice.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Claim outcomes depend on insurer decisions, policy terms, evidence, and circumstances outside our control. Claimanage does not guarantee any increase, reversal, approval, or specific settlement outcome.

Fees (if applicable) relate to professional claim review and support services only. Fees are not contingent on claim outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing. Fee details are communicated to you before engagement.
